Malaysia: Incentive Trip Day 4
|Malaysia Trip Day 4|
It's morning of Day 4 when upon waking up, familiar dream was presented right before my eyes, my ideal community of city living while being embraced by the beauty of lush landscape and sparkling seascape. Yes it's possible when you're in Penang (just take a closer look at the above panoramic photo I took)

November 15, 2011. Day 4
I woke up pretty early and happy to have regained my strength back, even though I barely had 3 hours of sleep. My late night cup of ganoderma coffee is darn effective, as always. Knowing that we only have 2 days left of exploration, I prepared myself for another long day ahead especially for the shopping part!
We took a quick buffet breakfast at the hotel's impressive Grove Brasserie located at the ground floor just beside the lobby and hopped a bus for a day tour of Penang.

We visited temples, beach, food shopping for Thai delicacies (in Malaysia!), pasalubong shopping at the foot of Kek Lok Si Temple and food tripping at Hawker Center of New World Park. Click here to read more about our Penang Day Tour.
Our bus passed by this Tsunami Village signage along the road near Penang Beach, a sad testament that the coastline of Penang was also affected by tidal waves during the infamous Asian tsunami that happened on December 26, 2004.

We left Penang for Alor Setar and passed by once again at Penang Bridge. This time, I had a clearer view of how massive the length of the bridge is. We're supposed to board a ferry to get to Alor Setar but we're just to pressed for time so we just continued on with the road drive as we still have a dinner party to attend to. When we arrived at the Leverage Business Hotel to check in, we we're given barely 30 minutes to wash and dress up before proceeding to Sentosa Regency Hotel. Crazy!

We arrived just in time before the party began. Our family per se got the chance to meet Gano Excel Founder himself, Dr. Leow Soon Seng. The Sentosa Hotel Ballroom was jam-packed with delegates from Thailand, Malaysia and Philippines. Executives, leaders and business owners enjoyed a night of cultural party, singing, dancing and of course a delicious food feast. (click here for more food photos)

The party ended close to midnight. It was my first time to have experienced and celebrated a global business that bonded Filipino entrepreneurs with other Asian nationalities that's held abroad. After this awesome trip, I am personally looking forward to Gano iTouch's anniversary this coming March 2012.
